M/s. GAD Logistics (I) Private Limited is a well-known name in the shipping industry as a surface logistics provider for the past three decades. It is a privately owned limited company established in 1995, which facilitates EXIM trade in surface logistics by providing mechanized and manual resources for ease of doing business. This company started its profile as a transport contractor in Jawaharlal Nehru Terminal and later stepped into labour management in the Nhava Sheva region Container Freight Stations. Over time, they associated with the majority of central and state government establishments in the logistics service industry at Nhava Sheva. With their skill in tactfully handling local project-affected labour unions in the Nhava Sheva region and their sincere dedication to completing challenging jobs to fulfil their clients' needs, this company earned goodwill. As a result, in 2000, they were given the opportunity to handle the Buffer Yard and General Destuffing Yard of CONWARE CFS located at Plot-2A, Sector-2, Dronagiri Node, Navi Mumbai. They were later awarded the contract to handle the handling and labour management of CWC Dronagiri CFS, MSWC CFS, and Punjab Conware CFS.

In 2007, when the authorities of CONWARE CFS leased out their CFS to a third party, M/s. Gateway Distriparks Ltd., for a tenure of 15 years, M/s. GAD Logistics (1) Private Limited's sincerity and dedication to their work led them to be awarded the contract of CFS Handling from M/s. Gateway Distriparks Ltd. (A Public Limited Company). In 2016, they were further awarded the contract of CFS handling for their parental CFS located at Sector-6, Dronagiri Node. In the year 2022, CONWARE CFS Head Office Chandigarh awarded the contract of Operation and Management (O&M) in Contractor Owned - Contractor Operated (COCO) terms to regain the fame and trust of EXIM trade.

M/s. GAD Logistics (I) Private Limited, an ISO 10002, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001 certified company, has updated their profile from time to time and, as per the laid guidelines of Customs in relation to HCCAR 2009, obtained the CCSP Permission from JNCH Customs in 2020 and obtained the AEO - LO status in 2023.
